Simone Pezzatini
Over thirty years of experience in consulting for agricultural businesses. He leads the firm with a vision oriented towards long-term planning and the economic solidity of companies.
Responsible for:
- Business planning and Agricultural Improvement Programs for multi-year planning
- Market analysis and intelligence activities, focusing on the wine and real estate sectors
- Research for contributions and funding, with attention to PSR, OCM, and regional measures
- Marketing and commercial consulting, to support the positioning of agricultural products
Operational consulting and business management
Davide Rago
Freelancer with over ten years of experience in coordination and consulting for agricultural companies. He assists entrepreneurs in the daily management and strategic design of activities.
Responsible for:
- Management consulting, supporting decisions on leases, corporate structures, personnel organization, and growth opportunities
- Agricultural regulatory consulting, with particular attention to the specific regulations of the primary sector
